Refund and Return Guidelines

Eligibility for Returns:
We gladly offer refunds for items that are unused, unopened, and in fully resalable condition within 7 days of receipt. For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, opened items are not eligible for returns.

Initiating a Return:
For returns, we recommend using the Signed For service at your local post office. Be sure to keep proof of postage or a receipt in case any issues arise. Include a note in your return package with your name, order number, and reason for the return to help us process it quickly.

Return Shipping Costs:
You are responsible for covering return shipping costs, which are non-refundable unless the item is defective. Items returned opened, damaged, or not in resalable condition may be refused for a refund or exchange.

Receiving Your Refund:
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. While refunds typically process the same day, it may take up to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for your bank or PayPal to complete the transaction. If your refund is delayed, please contact us or your payment provider.

Defective Items:
If you receive a defective item or encounter any issues with your purchase, please submit a support ticket through our contact form. Our team will assist you or provide return instructions. All returns, including unwanted and defective items, must be logged via our ticketing system. Unauthorized returns cannot be processed.

Returning Your Items:
Before returning an item, contact us via email or phone to obtain the return address. Return shipping is your responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, especially for items valued over €60, to ensure safe arrival. randmpuffs is not liable for items lost in transit.

International Orders:
For international orders, customs issues are the responsibility of the customer. randmpuffs cannot accept returns or issue refunds for items held or stopped by customs. Customers must ensure their items comply with local regulations.


  1. Return Shipping via UPS Only: Customers must use UPS for returns. If a parcel is lost, the customer is responsible and no refund will be issued.

  2. UPS Collection Points: If instructed to collect from a UPS collection point, customers must do so within the specified timeframe. If the parcel is returned to us due to non-collection, a €20 fee will be deducted from the refund.

  3. Uncollected Parcels: If a parcel is not collected and is not returned to randmpuffs, no refund will be issued.

  4. Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return postage.

  5. Return Policy: Our return window is 7 days. For faulty items, contact us within 2 days of delivery.

  6. Non-Refundable Products: Items marked as non-refundable cannot be returned or refunded.

  7. Used Items: Used items are not eligible for return.

  8. Collection from UPS within 3–5 Days: Parcels must be picked up from UPS collection points within 3–5 days to avoid fees or issues.

  9. Order Changes or Cancellations: To change or cancel an order, please do so before 15:00 on the day of purchase.

If your parcel is lost, damaged, or delivered to the wrong address but marked as delivered, contact our support team immediately via WhatsApp, Telegram, or email. Once contacted, please allow up to 15 days for us to process your claim.
